Solid Rock News
One of Solid Rock's missions is to grow the Kingdom of God and what an awesome way for a church to use Solid Rock Recreation as an outreach opportunity to help introduce God and Jesus to those in the community who don't attend church at this time. Solid Rock believes every child, youth, parent, and adult should find a church home that is why we hope this recreation ministry helps them find that path to one of our many church partners.

About Solid Rock Recreation
We are a unique "No Pressure Ministry" whose main charge is to help bring both churched and unchurched children and youth together in our community for recreational fellowship.
Solid Rock Recreation is a stand-alone Community-Based Christian Ministry designed to promote the mission of bringing our youth and kids together to recreate in a safe sanctuary environment including extensive adult leadership at each site with required background checks. Our main goal is to build bridges with many local churches of various denominations in the different areas of Cleveland County NC to become a participating affiliate in this unique ministry by offering their indoor recreation facilities as host sites allowing the youth and kids in the local community to choose what site and what day suits them to come and participate.
Our Core Mission is to Learn, Play, and Pray. We also strive to teach the fundamentals of various sports in a non-competing environment allowing youth to develop their own personal interests. We hope that everyone touched by our ministry has fun, develops friendships, learns skills but more importantly experiences the love of Jesus Christ.
We also encourage the participating youth and their families to find their place at one of our listed church partners. It takes a village to get through life these days! We all need encouragement from others and a good home church should help provide that.
